If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please let us know why so we can try to make sure you’re not disappointed again.

If for any reason you need to exchange an unwanted item, simply contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will only offer you an exchange or refund providing that the goods are in perfect condition and have all their original labeling and packaging. We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing of any original packaging.

For hygienic purposes, some products are non-returnable – these products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description. Please be aware that vintage items by the very nature may not be in perfect condition, so are therefore non-refundable. We will always state clearly any imperfections in the product descriptions.

The parcel and it's contents are, however your responsibility until they reach us. We advise that you request a proof of postage from the post office when returning goods, as we cannot refund or exchange items that are damaged, lost or delayed during transit. Please note that if you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, the cost of returning it is at your expense.

We can only refund original postage costs or delivery/shipping charges if items are received within 7 days of receipt. For more information contact us.

Please note that returns or exchanges received outside the stated timescale of 14 days will not be accepted.

Any purchase where points have been used the points are non-refundable.

We can only accept returns of Darling products that were purchased from darlingclothes.com, we can not accept returns of Darling products that were purchased from another online store or shop.
